• Our pest control plans cover 16 species of pests: spiders, house mice, house rats, house ants, clothes moths, Sow bugs, Pill Bugs, Fleas, cockroaches, silverfish, house crickets, earwigs, paper wasps, hornets, centipedes & millipedes.
• All other pest control will be a separate service at discounted pricing.
• Outdoor rodent baiting in not included in the plan

• Our Rodent Protection plan includes two outdoor bait stations and regularly scheduled visits to monitor and install fresh bait to protect and keep the home rodent-free.
• Extra outdoor bait stations are available and can be added to the service plan for an extra $9.99 per month each. Recommended for homes over 2000 square feet. Ask your Pro Trap provider for more details.

• Initial comprehensive exterior inspection and Mosquito & Tick treatment.
• Ongoing exterior treatments scheduled regularly.
• Pro Trap Pest Guarantee means if pests come back between treatments, we will return at no additional cost to you.
• Our Mosquito & Tick protection plan covers up to ¼ acre of outdoor space, targeting the common spaces used most.
• Seasonal female Mosquito traps and or Dyna Mosquito traps are available upon request. All Mosquito traps are a separate service and additional rates will apply. Ask your Pro Trap provider for more details.

There is a 1 time set up fee of $149.99 + hst

All plans are priced at 1/4 acre yard please contact us for larger yards.

One-Time Spider Control Service                      $129.99 plus tax

• One single pest control service includes a comprehensive exterior inspection and treatment.
• Pro Trap Guarantee If pests return within 30 days of your initial treatment, we will return at no additional cost.
• This service includes spraying a pest barrier 3’ up and 3’ out on the home foundation. Also includes a patio, patio furniture, and a small shed if present.
• Other structures can be added for very low cost while there. Ask your Pro Trap provider for more details.
• The above pricing is for homes that are 3000 sq ft and under. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly for larger-sized homes.
